So too, Human Transformers (Talent Whisperers) help us when we strive to perform at the highest level while navigating challenges in a rapidly changing world. Digital Transformation challenges leaders to brave risks or disappear into oblivion as the world leaps forward if we don’t leap with it. Helping leaders navigate such challenges is something they can help with. Such Transformers have crossed and helped me along my path in various walks of life on my journey to becoming a Transformer.
